Sports is the physical strength n maintaince of body physically as well as well mentally .Sports is also the recreational activities which is needed in every sector to be physically fit n mentally strong.Sports in the daily life is most important because sports not only provides fitness but also the enjoyment and fun.In the modern era,it is  important to notice that games and sports provides mental strength esp.students.we most be alert to maintain ourself to be fit n fine.For this games n sports can be taken as the major scheme to build up our fitness                                                                                                                                                                                  Nowadays ,sports has been taken as the major part of education which helps to maintain fitness .We can find that many people has recorded their names in different levels of the books and has been awarded by medals n many more prizes.so,sprots has been passion to most of the people.Sports is the gateway to acheive the physical fitness.
